UCHENNA OFOHA
Greetings! My name is Uchenna Ofoha and I am a Ryerson University graduate of Structural Engineering. My post secondary career started with receiving an athletic scholarship to play volleyball at the University of Ryerson. (Now called TMU)
While in my last year of high school, I made the decision to continue volleyball at the university level where I ended up getting recruited to play.
While doing a demanding program (Engineering) and still having to balance a high performance lifestyle playing volleyball for the university.
After graduating Ryerson University leaving with a BEng, I landed a Engineering design job right out of school for Cole Engineering (now called IBI Group) where I later left to pursue another dream of mine to play professional volleyball overseas.
For the past 6 years, I have played in the top leagues around Europe such as Finland, Germany, France, and Spain.
After my second season overseas, I immediately got offered to play for the Nigerian National Volleyball Team helping them qualify for the All African Games 2019 in Morocco. Currently I continue to play professionally in my 6th season in Europe while also serving clients around the world specifically in LA and Toronto!
